Recharge Recruitment is Born.

CEO Rhys Jones launched Recharge Recruitment with just a laptop, a phone, and the energy and drive to become the best.

2024

Partnerships

Recharge played a pivotal part in placing leaders within companies doing incredible things in the US, including the biggest renewable energy project in US history.

Process & Key Hires

The opportunity came to hire our Head of Delivery, James Whitehouse, who had been on our radar for a long time. During this year, we redefined our process and delivery methods to provide the highest speed and quality in the industry.

Recharge Group Is Born — Takeover Season

Recharge Search: We receive a flat percentage of candidates first year base salary upon hire

Recharge Solutions: We work on an agreed, flat percentage margin for contract, temporary and project based solutions.

No complexity, no obligation to start: We agree commercial terms with you upfront and ahead of every partnership.

Our average timelines from first discovery call to shortlist of the best 3-5 candidates per role sent:
